I can’t recommend Carehome Connect enough! Jane and Rachel were incredibly helpful and made me feel completely at ease during a difficult time. They clearly explained the whole process, helped us explore different care homes, and even arranged visits and assessments for my Nan. They were always friendly and approachable while Nan was in the assessment ward, which made a huge difference. Even after Nan had settled into her care home, they continued to offer support and advice – it truly doesn’t stop at the beginning. I’m so grateful for all the guidance and care they provided.
