My mother’s Hospital Social Worker arranged for Carehome Connect to support me find a suitable and available Care Home Placement for my Mother. She had been in hospital for 2 months and had deteriorated mentally and physically, quite dramatically. She was assessed to need urgent Nursing Care and from feeling completely lost in the ‘system’ I was reassured in the first call received from Jane, that she would be able to support me in finding the right home in a suitable location. Jane has such a wonderful way of engaging with someone who simply wants to obtain the best care for a relative.
