The Johnston family would like to thank you for all the effort you put into finding the right care home for our Mom.
It was a very long process, much longer and involved than normal, I would imagine, and you unfailingly acted with care and kindness throughout.
The service that you and Jane provide is indispensable – the process would have been so much harder and stressful at what was a very upsetting time. You and your service took the burden from us and we felt like we’d made a friend who cared for us all along the way.
