Rachel and Jane could not have been more helpful in finding a suitable nursing home for my family member. Their initial call put me at ease as they took time to find out about him, his needs and our concerns. The communication throughout was exemplary, with all options passed on to us as quickly as possible. It is clear that Rachel and Jane care about their clients and finding a good fit in terms of the available homes.
