I could not have done this journey without Jane and Rachel holding my hands. We were given 2 weeks to find a care home for Mom. Both ladies went above and beyond. They supported with information, phone calls and calming high emotions.
Jane found the perfect place for Mom, negotiating for me, right up to the 23rd December. Jane treated me with kindness and held me when I was at breaking point and needed most support.
