I was put in touch with Jane at a very stressful and upsetting time for my mom and the family.  We didn’t know what to do or where to turn.  Jane listened to everything we had to say, she was very reassuring with her advice and help and made us feel much better about the whole situation.  Jane managed to get mom into a good care home locally to us meaning more visits for mom.  I can’t thank Jane enough for putting my mind at rest, thank you so much Jane for all your help from Jason and family.  November 2025
