Carehome Connect were invaluable to us in finding the right nursing home for our mom and Jane was outstanding. I’m sure she must have lots of clients on the go, but she made us feel she was only working for us because of her attention and quick responses. I know she works long hours as she made herself available after 5.00 on several occasions. Her knowledge was crucial to us navigating our way through this difficult time and I now believe mom is in the best place we could have found and near to us as a family.
