After a lengthy stay in hospital it became clear that finding a care home for my Uncle was going to be challenging.
My first choice of a care home was turned down at which stage I felt completely lost.
I was put in touch with Care Home Connect by the hospital.
I called them immediately and from that first phone call with Jane I knew I was going to get the help and support I needed.
Jane listened to everything about my Uncle she was so caring and understanding I can’t explain the comfort I felt knowing she was with us on our journey in finding a suitable placement.
She worked extremely hard along with her colleague. She researched the problem we were facing and spent many hours trying to find a suitable home.
Jane kept me updated on everything.
A home was found for my Uncle . It came highly recommended by Jane and from my initial visit I felt happy and content.
My Uncle has been living there now since early August and myself and my family are so happy with the home. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Every word Jane said about the home is true, she is a credit to Care Home Connect. I would have been totally lost without Jane and in my opinion there should be a few more Jane’s in this world.
